Refund policy

DGWatch values transparency and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of luxury watches, the following policies apply:
All watches sold by DGWatch are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.
We do not accept returns based on:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of preference
• Price changes in the market
Every watch is inspected and authenticated before sale.
High-resolution photos and details are provided to ensure transparency.
DGWatch is not responsible for:
• Manufacturer defects
• Future mechanical issues
• Wear and tear after pickup or shipping
A return may only be considered if:
• The watch was significantly misdescribed
• A major detail was omitted (not visible in photos)
In such cases:
• The buyer must contact DGWatch within 24 hours of receiving the watch
• The item must be returned unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition received
• All packaging, links, papers, boxes, and accessories must be included
DGWatch will evaluate the claim before approving any return.
If a refund is approved:
• Refund will be issued by the same method used for payment
• Processing may take up to 3–5 business days
PPF applications are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
