Refund policy

 

Effective Date: November 2025
DGWatch values transparency and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of luxury watches, the following policies apply:

All watches sold by DGWatch are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.
We do not accept returns based on:
•⁠  ⁠Buyer’s remorse
•⁠  ⁠Change of preference
•⁠  ⁠Price changes in the market

Every watch is inspected and authenticated before sale.
High-resolution photos and details are provided to ensure transparency.
DGWatch is not responsible for:
•⁠  ⁠Manufacturer defects
•⁠  ⁠Future mechanical issues
•⁠  ⁠Wear and tear after pickup or shipping

A return may only be considered if:
•⁠  ⁠The watch was significantly misdescribed
•⁠  ⁠A major detail was omitted (not visible in photos)
In such cases:
•⁠  ⁠The buyer must contact DGWatch within 24 hours of receiving the watch
•⁠  ⁠The item must be returned unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition received
•⁠  ⁠All packaging, links, papers, boxes, and accessories must be included
DGWatch will evaluate the claim before approving any return.

If a refund is approved:
•⁠  ⁠Refund will be issued by the same method used for payment
•⁠  ⁠Processing may take up to 3–5 business days

PPF applications are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
