By using DGWatch.ca or engaging in any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

DGWatch offers:
•⁠  ⁠Buying luxury watches
•⁠  ⁠Selling luxury watches
•⁠  ⁠Trading watches
•⁠  ⁠Consignment services
•⁠  ⁠Watch PPF (Paint Protection Film) protection
•⁠  ⁠Authentication and evaluation
All transactions are handled with transparency and professionalism.

When selling, trading, or consigning a watch to DGWatch, you confirm that:
•⁠  ⁠You are the legal owner
•⁠  ⁠The watch is authentic
•⁠  ⁠The watch has not been reported stolen, lost, or altered
•⁠  ⁠All information provided is accurate
DGWatch reserves the right to decline or return any watch if authenticity issues arise.

•⁠  ⁠All prices are listed in CAD
•⁠  ⁠Payments may be made through e-Transfer, wire transfer, or cash
•⁠  ⁠Transactions are complete only when payment has been fully received
•⁠  ⁠Price quotes may change based on condition, market demand, or final inspection

Consignment arrangements follow the DGWatch Consignment Agreement:
•⁠  ⁠No upfront fees
•⁠  ⁠Commission is deducted from the final selling price
•⁠  ⁠Watches are stored securely and insured while in DGWatch’s possession
•⁠  ⁠The client may request the return of the watch with notice

PPF services are performed with care; however:
•⁠  ⁠Minor edge visibility is normal
•⁠  ⁠PPF does not prevent impact damage
•⁠  ⁠PPF can be removed without residue
•⁠  ⁠DGWatch is not responsible for pre-existing scratches or defects

Users agree not to:
•⁠  ⁠Misuse, hack, or disrupt the website
•⁠  ⁠Upload harmful content
•⁠  ⁠Copy, reproduce, or distribute DGWatch images or text without permission
•⁠  ⁠Provide false information when submitting watch details
All content on DGWatch.ca is the property of DGWatch.

DGWatch is not responsible for:
•⁠  ⁠Mechanical issues that arise after purchase
•⁠  ⁠Damage from misuse, accidental impact, or water exposure
•⁠  ⁠Losses due to shipping delays
•⁠  ⁠Manufacturer defects
Watches held in consignment are protected by DGWatch’s insurance policy.

If a watch is shipped:
•⁠  ⁠Shipping is insured
•⁠  ⁠Tracking information will be provided
•⁠  ⁠Delivery times may vary
•⁠  ⁠DGWatch is not liable for courier delays or customs handling

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
